Fencing (Ages 12 & Up)
Fencing instruction offered from a beginning level to advanced.
Intro. To Fencing: Monday 6:30PM
Open Fencing: Thursday & Friday 7:00PM - 9:30PM
Members & Non-Members: $70

Adult 3 on 3 League
   
 

Youth Karate
Offered in collaboration with Designed Defense American Kempo Karate. The program is designed for development of flexibility, concentration and discipline. We strive to help students achieve greater self confidence and a sense of accomplishment at every level.
Tuesday 4:15PM & Saturday 10:00AM
$60 1st month. $50 each month after
May join at any time.

   
Personal Training
Looking for some new ideas? Having a problem with a particular area? Make an appointment with our Certified Personal trainer for a one on one training session.
Tuesday's $25 per hour
