Below find a list of activities to help keep you physically fit.

   

Aerobic Classes (Ages 16 & Up)
The Y offers a number of classes for the Beginner; Intermediate or Advanced. Boot Camp/Shape Up/Intermediate Step/Butts & Guts/Strength & Tone/Kickboxing, Punk Rope & Circuit Training. Schedule at Front Desk. Members & Non-Members: Free / $10

 

   

Zumba (Ages 16 & Up)
This fun routine features aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow Latin music that tone and sculpt the body. Maximize your calorie output, fat burning and total body toning.
Members & Non-Members: Free / $10


   
Spinning Class (Ages 16 & Up)
This exercise class simulates the aerobic qualities of road cycling and incorporates motivating music to ensure a fun, safe, and effective workout in a non-competitive environment. All participants must pre-register. Schedule available at Front Desk.
Members & Non-Members: Free / $10
   

Yoga (Ages 16 & Up)
Enjoy the relaxation of Yoga. Join our instructor as she takes you from one move to the next. You will focus on breathing, moving and stretching.
Wednesday: 6:30 -7:30PM
Members: $50 Non-Members: $75


   

Personal Training
Are you bored with your current workout? Are you not getting the results you are looking for? Why not sign up with or Certified Personal Trainers. Danielle will design an individualized exercise program to match your exercise goals.
Member's Only: $45 per hour

 

   

Massage
Pick up a brochure at the Front Desk.
Provided by Newton Massage.
All Participants: $40 per hour
